American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her first role was a supporting role in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played the role as reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. She also had an important role in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. She played Kaylee, a young Moira on the very first season of FX's American Horror Story. She played Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead and Sophie on NBC's This Is Us. She is also the voice of several characters from the comedy show Family Guy. Since 2019, she has appeared as Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge resided in Darien, Connecticut, until the age of 10, when she and her mother moved to California. moved around for a year before they settled in Mill Valley.
